AI is for us and by us. We should all have a say in what we use and how.

We believe AI and automation technologies should be leveraged responsibly, ethically, and equitably wherever possible to augment and empower Jurors, not replace them.

We will design and use AI capabilities with the following principles in mind:

  1. We’re in charge of the tools we use — and accountable for them.

We decide when and where to deploy AI — and we’re accountable for the outcomes, whether the work is done by us or by AI. AI can act, not just recommend. But even when we delegate tasks to AI, we’re responsible for the decisions and impact. That’s why Jurors are at the start and end of AI: we initiate it, and we own what happens next — for our people, our customers, and our stakeholders.

  2. We collaborate with AI, not compete with it — so we can move fast and stay lean.

We use AI to handle routine tasks and to supercharge complex, high-value work — from deep research to high-level analysis and (in our own product) contract redlining. This frees us to focus on uniquely human strengths like critical thinking, judgement, and meaningful interaction with customers and candidates.

  3. We experiment responsibly.

AI is evolving fast, and so are we. We test and adopt new tools with curiosity, but also with care. We use AI in ways that comply with laws on data protection, confidentiality, and intellectual property; not in spite of them. We’re mindful of AI’s environmental footprint and factor that into our decisions. We monitor both the benefits and unintended consequences of these tools, and we adapt based on what we learn.

  4. We educate ourselves and each other.

As tasks evolve and new tools emerge, the skills each role needs will change too. But Jurors are — and always will be — at the heart of Juro’s success. We’re committed to re-training and up-skilling, not just to adapt, but to unlock new ways of working. We’ll share what’s working across the business so others can build on it. And we’ll support experimentation that helps everyone level up with AI.

  5. We make AI fair and accessible to everyone.

We evaluate AI systems for bias and make adjustments to prevent discriminatory treatment before deployment. AI must be designed and used to make fair, unbiased, and equitable decisions and recommendations for all people.
