Why do we have this?

This code of conduct and disciplinary procedure is designed to ensure that all Jurors are treated fairly and consistently, to ensure efficient and safe performance of work, and to promote good relations between Jurors.

The code of conduct applies to all Jurors. The disciplinary procedure applies only to Jurors who are employed by our UK entity (Juro Online Limited). You must comply with the code of conduct and (if applicable) the disciplinary procedure.

The code of conduct is contractual and forms part of your contract of employment with Juro. The disciplinary procedure is for guidance only, and does not form part of anyone’s contract. Juro may change the procedure or use an alternative procedure depending on the circumstances.

Code of conduct

The code of conduct covers the main standards of behaviour required by Juro. You must comply with these standards and behave in a reasonable manner at all times.

We may consider your actions outside work (including on social media) to be gross misconduct or misconduct if they affect your ability to carry out your job or have a negative effect on Juro’s reputation.
