At Juro we strive to uphold the highest standards of performance and conduct across the various teams and offices. In the cases where those standards are not met, we take steps to ensure we work with you to achieve higher standards. Where possible, we'll deal with cases of minor misconduct or unsatisfactory performance informally in the first instance.

Where it is not possible to turn around those standards, this policy covers the process and measures that you can expect. While we run two international offices, our approach to the wellbeing and success of our team remains the same.

In order to be legally compliant with both British and Latvian employment law we must have separate disciplinary policies but the why behind these policies is the same and we aim to keep differences between them to a minimum.
