Faith, religiosity and spirituality are important parts of many people's lives. At work, religion can positively influence loyalty, morale and communication. We support everyone of faith to be their authentic self at Juro.

What we're doing

Part of our (no-tokenism, no-fluff) commitment to making Juro a genuinely diverse and inclusive place where people feel belonging with their whole self, we commit to:

• **Providing flexibility.** Flexibility can have many faces — altered productivity, daily schedules or time off for observances — and we commit to supporting all of them:

• **Planning events & creating understanding.** We put on any event with everyone in mind – based on where they are, what they like and what they can do. On faith, we commit to:
  • Scheduling socials

  • Offering choice
  • Celebrating your religion
• Providing space(for those based [at least some of the time](<https://juro.notion.site/Choice-first-work-4044718b99fa4e2baa84a88a1051eab9>) in one of our offices). Our current office space includes a multi-purpose room that you can book as a prayer space. Among others, the room is equipped with:
  • easily movable furniture to free up space e.g. for a prayer mat
  • markings that indicate the qibla for practising Muslim team members
  • a prayer mat
  • prayer beads
