This page contains information about our all-company retreat in Albufeira, Portugal in September 2025.

Need to know

• Check that your passport is up to date with enough time before the expiry date.
• If you require a visa to travel to Portugal, arrange for it as soon as you can.
• Review travel requirements before booking flights + make sure your info is correct.
• Book a refundable ticket if possible or add insurance to the booking when buying. </aside>

| Accommodation | → We’re staying at Grande Real Santa Eulália Resort & Hotel SPA Hotel in Portugal!

→ We’ll cover your accommodation (3 nights, 16-19 Sept) + most food & drink costs.

→ If you decide you want to stay longer, that will be at your own expense. Please let Yasmin know so she can put you in touch directly with the hotel. ** | | --- | --- | | Travel | → Please book your flights by 18 July. The closest airport is Faro (FAO).

→ Travel days will be 16 Sept (arrival) and 19 Sept (departure).

→ Juro will be paying for your total travel (see total budget below) which includes:

 * A return flight (= flight to Faro + flight back home)
 * Airport transfers in Portugal
 * Flight insurance (add when you check out)

→ We will be taking care of transfers to/from Faro airport and the hotel (except for those that wish to arrive earlier or stay later). The cost of travel (public transport) to your local airport can be expensed as part of the total travel budget.

→ Travel food costs are not included. | | Total budget | → The maximum amounts that you can reimburse for your total travel are:

 * England = £150 (£250 for those in Scotland + Wales)
 * Latvia = €350
 * Portugal = €50
 * Spain = €150
 * Netherlands = €200
 * Germany = €400
 * USA = $1100
 * Georgia, Armenia, Bulgaria, Finland, Turkey = €400

→ In exceptional circumstances, approval can be requested for going above the maximum amounts. Please contact the Yasmin or the People team for exceptional approval before you book anything.

→ In all other instances it is expected that if you go above these amounts, you will be responsible for paying the additional costs. | | Room sharing | → To help us allocate the rooms and spread out the cost, we will be asking you to share a twin room. Please add this here.

→ We know that for some people, sharing a room may not be possible. Please let Yasmin or the People Team know ASAP so we can accommodate your request with the hotel.

**→ We will pair people to rooms if needed, but we will check and confirm with those individuals prior to confirming final details with the hotel. | | Reimbursement | → Please book your total travel within the maximum budget on Ramp. If this is not possible, contact Yasmin or the People team.

→ Keep all your receipts so you can get appropriately reimbursed. |

We will arrange transfers from Faro Airport to the hotel in Albufeira where you will be greeted by Yasmin and Cat. Dinner will be provided.
