Juro’s AI-powered contract platform is backed by a stellar Customer Success team with industry-leading satisfaction scores, letting new customers manage contracts at scale in hours, not weeks.

Most LegalTech vendors deliver the opposite: protracted, scattered onboarding and thin support. The result? Customers lose excitement, use the platform less and eventually abandon it altogether.

We’re hiring to stay ahead — expanding the team so every customer continues to see rapid, effortless value from day one.

Your mission is to deliver value to our paying customers, ensuring full end-user adoption and stickiness in their org, while being the voice of the customer internally.

Success for you by month 3 means:

  1. You’re comfortably juggling ~25+ live customers, managing multi-layer, multi-phase onboarding, tailoring delivery to each customer’s specific needs
  2. You confidently serve as a technical expert - specialising across integrations, actively participating as a technical consultant to customers/prospects and internally
  3. You run AI-augmented projects, coaching customers on AI workflows and best practices
