As the Senior Product Manager for Integrations, you will be instrumental in embedding Juro into our customers’ ecosystems. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive the integrations strategy that enhances our product offering and delivers unparalleled value to users.

Your mission is to integrate Juro into core customer workflows, driving user adoption and boosting retention by delivering long-term value. In this role, that means:

• Lead the Vision: Shape the future of integrations at Juro, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and customer needs.
• Collaborative Execution: Partner with the Partnerships Manager to identify integration opportunities that enrich user experience and deepen customer loyalty.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize a robust data-driven mindset to set and measure success metrics, iterating on product offerings based on user feedback and analytics.
• User-Centric Approach: Understand the full contract lifecycle, identifying touchpoints where integrations can provide meaningful solutions and improve workflows.
• Agile Leadership: Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of integrations within an agile framework.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the subject matter expert, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to secure buy-in and prioritize integration features.
