Why do we have this?
Socials at Juro exist to make it simple for anyone to bring people together, wherever they are.
This page explains how the social budget works, who can use it, and the rules that apply to all Juro-organised socials.
Socials can be organised by anyone at Juro but you should get pre-approval for all spend.

Juro maintains two socials pots in Ramp — one for London and one for Boston. Each pot is funded at £30 / $40 per employee per quarter.
Each pot is shared per hub, covering all team socials across the company. It is not a personal allowance but a shared team resource drawn down as events are organised and approved.
Company wide socials (e.g. Summer Social, EOQ drinks and Christmas) are not funded from the shared pot and are managed separately by the Company org.
If you want to use company budget when organising a social, send a request to #Ask-Finance before making any bookings or purchases.
Once approved:
One person must be in charge of all spend for a given social. That person is responsible for ensuring everything comes in under the approved budget.
