Why do we have this?
If you’ve made a mistake, seen something you shouldn’t have, or think something’s wrong, tell someone straight away.
You will never be penalised for speaking up.
We’ll deal with the underlying issue. If what you raised is your own misconduct or the same failure happening again, we may still need to address that separately.
But coming forward early and honestly always counts in your favour, and always lands better than us finding out another way.

This policy covers all Jurors, whether they are officers, employees, consultants, contractors, interns, agency workers or employed via an employer of record.
This policy doesn’t form part of anyone’s contract, and we may amend it at any time.

If your concern is about how you personally are being treated, our Grievance policy is the best route. Bullying and harassment can go through either route: use whichever you’d rather.
Everything else belongs here. If you’re not sure, raise it as described here and we’ll point you the right way. You will never be turned away for picking the wrong door.
Go to any of these, in any order. You don’t need to go to your manager first, and you don’t need to know which category your concern falls into before you raise it.

If your concern is about the person you’d normally tell, skip them and go to anyone else on this list. You don’t need to explain why.
