Women and men have different health requirements. The workplace has historically overlooked this in many instances. This begins at addressing basic topics like periods and complications, menopause and other conditions that affect women* exclusively. We want to:

  1. de-stigmatize the discussion around women's health (#BeMoreHuman)
  2. provide tangible support to enable all our Jurors to succeed equally (#StriveToDeliver)

We're not reinventing the wheel here. Rather, we want to provide basic and common-sense care through a series of actions that make a difference to women’s experiences (#KeepItSimple), helping them to feel confident, safe and equally supported at Juro.

Period discomfort, menopause & ovarian conditions


Cramps, bloating, PMS, endometriosis and all the rest: menstruation can impact both physical and mental health, with varying impact between individuals and cycles.

We're conscious that something may come up approx. monthly that stops you from working to your full potential (or just makes it harder). Unfortunately, periods don't accommodate to anyone's work schedule. The same goes if you are going through menopause or discomfort from any other ovarian condition such as endometriosis, which affects roughly 1 in 10 women and can cause severe recurring pain in some cases.
