What we mean by DIB

Different companies use different terms such as DEI or EDI. For us:

• Diversity is the range of backgrounds, identities and experiences people bring with them.
• Inclusion is how we design fair processes and remove barriers.
• Belonging is whether people feel seen, supported and proud to work here.

Belonging shows up when people feel:

• Seen for their contributions
• Connected to colleagues
• Supported in their work and development
• Proud of the company’s purpose and values

That is what we aim to build.
